There is some extra step that you need to do when pairing the earbuds for the first time.

  1. Ensure to give the ear pieces a full charge before initiating the pairing process. Note: the ear pieces and charging case are packed separately. The charing time takes approximate 2hr to complete.
  2. Remove the right earpiece from the case. It will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode, indicated by the LED blinking blue and white. If not follow the sections below.
  3. Once you’re in pairing mode, access the Bluetooth settings on your device and select your headphones from the list of options, JBL FREE.
  4. Remove the left earpiece from the case, it will automatically connect to the right earpiece.
